Our Fee’s:
We offer four leasehold management packages to suit your needs:
Essential - £1200 per annum: This package includes basic services such as rent collection, tenant referencing, and property inspections.
Basic - £1800 per annum: This package includes all of the services in the Essential package, plus additional services such as maintenance and repairs.
Premium - £2400 per annum: This package includes all of the services in the Basic package, plus additional services such as legal advice and dispute resolution.
Advanced - £3000 per annum: This package includes all of the services in the Premium package, plus additional services such as asset management and investment advice.
Our fees are based on the size and location of your property and the level of service you require. We offer a range of payment options, including monthly and annual subscriptions.
