Fees

Our fees are based on the purchase price of the property. For properties up to £1,000,000, our fee is 2%. For properties between £1,000,000 and £5,000,000, our fee is 1.5%. For properties between £5,000,000 and £10,000,000, our fee is 1%. And for properties over £10,000,000, our fee is 0.5%.
