What Do We Charge?
We provide quoted estimates and our fee is due upfront for any works under £2,500.
Our standard fees are as follows:
5% of any works costing £100,000 - £500,000
10% of any works costing £50,000 - £100,000
20% of any works costing £5000 - £20,000
7.5% of any works costing £500,000 - £750,000
10% of any works costing £750,000 - £2.5M
