Trainee Real Estate Investment Consultant
We are searching for consultants that are willing to grow and expand their industry knowledge as well as their earning capabilities and capacity. The applicant must be motivated, eager to learn, able to follow instruction, presentable, have experience in sales & will also need to possess good customer service skills.The role will include field work as well as office based work and will also involve lead generation, cold calling, follow-up appointments, event attendance & much more. We teach you how to create and monetise a client base, how to provide profitable deals & investments within the Real Estate industry to searching developers and property investors, how to source products internationally, facilitate, manage and create sales purchase agreements, how to assess and procure a property or development & much more!
