We understand that buying or selling a property can be daunting, but we are here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We will work with you to find the perfect property for your needs and budget.

Our Fee’s:

Our fees are based on the purchase price of the property. For properties up to £1,000,000, our fee is 2%. For properties between £1,000,000 and £5,000,000, our fee is 1.5%. For properties between £5,000,000 and £10,000,000, our fee is 1%. And for properties over £10,000,000, our fee is 0.5%.

The first step is to commit to the right property for you. We will take a deposit upfront for our initial work to source the property. The balance will be due on the exchange once the property is found and agreed upon.+
