All that need be done is to ensure that your selected solicitor firm or our partnered firm has the funds on account for the purchase, searches, submission, their legal feels, stamp duty & our fees at 3.5%. We hold your hand through every step of the way by doing the investment report for you and putting you in the best legal hands to process your transaction. A turnkey solution that will take you from an interested party to an invested party, whether it be solely or collaboratively. Strategic Option Fees Due In Full On Exchange Of Contracts:

  • Direct Option: 2% of the purchase price of the investment

  • Assisted Option: 3.5% of the purchase price of the investment

  • LOA Option: 2.5% % of the purchase price of the investment


Additional Fees Due In Full On Exchange Of Contracts:

  • Administration & Processing Fee: 0.5% of the purchase price of the investment

  • Arrangement & Facilitation Fee: 0.5% of the purchase price of the investment

  • Brokerage Fee: 0.5% of the purchase price of the investment

Refunds:
You are placing a refundable deposit when purchasing this opportunity. The deposit is calculated based on 1% of the investment purchase price for 1 week and 0.25% for every week extra. So, 6 weeks holding deposit will be 2.5% of the investment purchase price, 4 weeks will be 2% of the investment purchase price, 2 weeks will be 1.25% and so on.

The balance remaining of full fees are only charged and due once there is an exchange of contracts between the yourselves via your solicitors and the vendor via their solicitor.

If you'd like to cancel your investment and seek a refund on the deposit - the terms of the deposit are simple. Your deposit is refunded in 5-7 working days after we receive written confirmation via mail/email from the purchaser and confirm with the purchaser that they are no longer interested in proceeding with the sale once the time frame purchased has expired only.

We will require proof of identification, paired with written confirmation via mail/email from the purchaser and confirm with the purchaser that they are no longer interested in proceeding with the sale and will only be able to refund the amount to the payment method or bank account used in the first instance. In this event, we will refund the deposit, lesser the administration fee and processing fee of 0.5% of the purchase price of the investment.

Brokerage - If you have been introduced via a broker to purchase this property, the same fees below will apply for the direct, assisted & bespoke strategy. However, there is an adjoined fee of 0.5% to compensate your broker for their introduction, admin & processing for this investment in addition to our fees. This is payable on the transaction date/exchange of contracts to your agent/broker/introducer directly as per your signed terms. Your broker may charge you a separate, additional charge for their services also. Please confirm this with your broker/introducer.
