With no interior features except for two windows, ceiling strip lights, power points, an electric meter and a consumer unit, this 5.93m by 2.29m wooden shed, painted blue, the freehold shed is attached to a yellow beach hut.
Even after the official end of the Covid lockdown in England, the housing demand in London remains quiet. The average asking price of £645,246 was adjusted down by 0.8% from June to July. An unusual occurrence for the generally busier London housing market.
The real estate market is seeing a recovery in sales akin to the pre-COVID levels of early this year. This is due in part to the easing of lockdown measures. Property listing site Zoopla notes on the rising numbers.
